Keyboard shortcuts
On a Mac, use ⌘ where this page says Ctrl, and Option where it says Alt.
Shortcuts don’t fire while you’re typing in a text field, so Backspace in a node title deletes a character, not the node.
Everywhere

Canvas

Undo covers one step: the most recent change, such as moving, adding or deleting a node, adding, relabeling or deleting a link, or adding or moving a sticky note. Edits inside a node’s editor aren’t part of it; use Reset in the editor to discard those.
Deleting nodes asks you to confirm first, unless Confirm before deleting is turned off in Settings. Links are deleted without asking.
Plan Table
Section titled “Plan Table”When a cell has focus:

To select several bars, hold Shift or Ctrl and click them. Arrow keys then move all of them together.
Milestones have no end date or progress: Alt+arrows move a milestone like plain arrows do, and + / - do nothing. Progress is also locked on items that are done.
Deleting an item asks you to confirm first, unless Confirm before deleting is turned off in Settings.
