Personal and Team
Every institution is on a plan. The plan decides whether you can work with colleagues and how much upload storage the institution shares. Canvases, plans, Explorer, Library and Time tracking work the same way on every plan.
| Personal | Team | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who it’s for | One person working alone | A research group sharing workspaces, plans and storage | Institutions with several groups |
| People | Just you | Invite colleagues and organize them into teams | Invite colleagues and organize them into teams |
| Workspace members | Only you | Add colleagues with a role | Add colleagues with a role |
| Shared upload storage | 250 MiB | 2 GiB | 2 GiB |
Settings → Organization → Plan & usage shows your plan, the shared upload limit and how much of it is used. On Personal, invite and member controls are replaced by a note that collaboration is available on Team. Institution owners and admins also see that usage by person.
What changes on Personal
Section titled “What changes on Personal”On a Personal plan, the features for working with others are hidden or turned off:
- Invite and Add user aren’t offered in Settings → Organization → Users.
- A workspace’s members list says Collaboration is available on Team instead of letting you add people.
Everything you do alone works as on Team: you can still create workspaces, build canvases, plan in the Gantt, keep files in Explorer and log time.
Move to a bigger plan
Section titled “Move to a bigger plan”Write to [email protected] and the Sauriq team changes your plan. On a Personal plan, institution owners and admins also see that address in Settings → Organization → Users, next to the collaboration note. Your workspaces, files and history stay where they are; invites and workspace members become available once the change is made.
If you’re not an owner or admin, ask one of them to request the change.
